What the warranty covers
Every Rubbertree product carries a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Selected products carry a longer period, stated on the product page. Keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase in case you need to make a claim.
Warranty period by product line
- Every product: minimum 12 months
- Rubber boot liners: 2 years
- Selected products: 24 or 36 months, stated on the product page
What is not covered
General wear and tear, incorrect use or fitting, damage from cleaning methods the care guide warns against, and damage from an incident the product would not reasonably be expected to withstand.
How to make a claim
Contact us through the contact page with your name, proof of purchase, your vehicle details and photos of the issue. Accepted claims are repaired or replaced free of charge.
Your rights under consumer law
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in Australia and the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand.
