Warranty
Warranties cover manufacturing defects and wear-through in normal use from the date of delivery. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
Shipping & returns
Free shipping New Zealand-wide. Made to order for your vehicle and dispatched in about 14 business days. Delivery times by region are on the Shipping page.
Every product is guaranteed to suit the vehicle on your order: if it does not, we replace or refund it free of charge. Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has started. Tell us about any fit, colour or transit issue within 30 days of delivery.
