Shipping is free within New Zealand. We charge a flat rate of $20 for Shipping to Australia.
RubberTree Manufacturing will be closed from 20 December 2017 and resuming on 8 January 2018. New Zealand & Australian orders received during this time will be processed and sent as soon as possible following the factory’s resumption.
To avoid disappointment and ensure you get your product before Christmas, please be sure to place you order with us before Tuesday 12th December (Seat Cover orders should reach before the 4th December). Product ordered after this may get to you in time, however due to large order volumes for the month of December lead times can be longer than normal.
RubberTree Sales will be closed from 22 December 2017 to 8 January 2018. During this time queries of an urgent nature will be attended to as much as possible, otherwise our team will reply to you as soon as possible upon their return.
Please note: Couriers experience extreme strain on their delivery system throughout the Christmas and New Year period due to vastly increased volumes. Where targeted delivery may be overnight, this can sometimes be extended out to 3-4 working days during this period.
Shipping Rest of the Year
Every single purchase is sent via tracked courier service New Zealand and Australia wide.
Our provider of choice is Courier Post in New Zealand and Australia Post in Australia. You can expect the following delivery time frames for your order (Please note, this is in addition to the manufacturing lead time of your order):
- North Island, New Zealand: Overnight
- South Island, New Zealand: 1-2 working days
- Australia wide: 2-5 working days (overnight for some metro areas)
Please allow additional time for rural deliveries. All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis.

Please note: we want to get your product to you as quickly and as safely as possible! However, we can only take responsibility for products until they are delivered. Once delivered, please let us know within 5 working days whether there is a problem with your purchase as a result of shipping and handling.
